| Details for the Retirement Fair 2014 Venue The Grandstand of the Royal Ascot Racecourse, Ascot SL5 7JX Date August 20th 2014 Timing 10.00 am until 16.00 pm Access to the Grandstand For those exhibitors who wish to drive up to the Grandstand to offload ,the map below shows the way into the Racecourse. Follow the map until inside the Racecourse grounds and then follow the signs. If you have a high sided vehicle then please indicate on the application form as you will need to enter the Racecourse from the High Street. All exhibitors wishing to offload at the Grandstand must include their car registration number on the form. Delivering your exhibit to the Grandstand On Tuesday 19th August If your stand requires time to set up you will be able to deliver your exhibit on Tuesday the 19th August between 1400 and 1700 hours. On Wednesday 20th August Exhibitors may arrive from 0700 and all vehicles must be removed from the racecourse by 0930. Free parking is available in Car Park 3 in the High Street; opposite the pedestrian entrance to the Racecourse. Disclaimer;- Items will be left at the risk of the exhibitor. Whilst there is security at the Racecourse and the Grandstand is locked, there is a limit to what the security men can do as they have wide areas to patrol. Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their own goods, as we cannot insure items that belong to others. The drinks/cold food counter will be open early for those who need refreshments.
